Customer Service Department

The entire staff here at Hector is committed to customer care in all we do. Our Customer Service team consists of parts Customer Service Representatives who handle all aspects of our parts business including ordering and returns.

Our team also consists of inside sales coordinators who serve in multi-faceted roles working closely with our outside sales professionals, our customers and our operations and finance groups to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information and products to our customers. We have bi-lingual staff in both of these areas in order to better serve our South Florida and Caribbean marketplace.

Our receptionist and any of our Customer Service staff are happy to direct you to the professional resources we have to best meet your needs. We are always eager to receive feedback from our customers and other third parties about how we can improve our product offerings and service in any area of the organization. Our parts customer service hours are from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM on Friday. The toll free parts customer service phone number is (877) 3HECTOR (343-2867).
